Estab­lished in 1977, King Wan Cor­po­ra­tion Lim­ited is a Singapore-​based inte­grated build­ing ser­vices com­pany with prin­ci­pal activ­i­ties in the pro­vi­sion of Mechan­i­cal and Elec­tri­cal (M&E) engi­neer­ing ser­vices for the build­ing and con­struc­tion industry

Over the past four decades, King Wan has grown from strength to strength to expand beyond its core busi­nesses, and suc­cess­fully ignited new growth engines to pro­pel the Group for greater share­hold­ers’ value. The Group oper­ates through its net­work of sub­sidiaries, asso­ciates and joint ven­ture in Sin­ga­pore, China and Thailand.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services Segment

The Group pro­vides multi-​disciplined M&E engi­neer­ing ser­vices such as the design and instal­la­tion of plumb­ing and san­i­tary sys­tems, air-​conditioning and mechan­i­cal ven­ti­la­tion sys­tems, elec­tri­cal sys­tems, fire pro­tec­tion and alarm sys­tems, com­mu­ni­ca­tions and secu­rity sys­tems for the build­ing and con­struc­tion industry.

It also pro­vides mobile chem­i­cal lava­to­ries for rental and ancil­liary facil­i­ties for con­struc­tion work­sites as well as pub­lic and nation­wide pub­lic events.
